6th Grade Writing with Ms. Aitkens
My name is Kim Aitkens and this is my 18th year of teaching. This is my 8th year at SBMS. I ‘grew up’ in teaching in Columbia, where I taught 3rd-5th grade for 10 years. My passion is teaching writing and I was given a wonderful opportunity to do that here, right where I live. I have lived in the Ashland area for about 20 years. I have a 7th grade daughter and she is the love of my life. Therefore, I understand how important your child is to you. I will work very hard to make sure your child is successful.
